Payroll Information & Pay Amounts
For all pay amounts below you are guaranteed overtime & set hours weekly & monthly.
You are paid 2 times a month.
Commissions are on top of monthly pay & Can be anywhere from $300 - $2000 Monthly on top of monthly pay.
Amounts below are just starting pays. We have Managers & Agents that make $3800 a month + once they hit their goals & build up their office sales.
You will also receive commissions on top of this amount.

$2800 Monthly Minimum + Commissions – P&C License or Experienced in selling Auto, Home, Commercial Insurance

Work hours:
Monday to Friday - 9am to 7pm
Saturday - 10am to 5pm
Sunday - OFF
You also get 2 set days off a month that are assigned to you, on top of Sundays
Once you hit your Goals your Hours will be dropped to 5 days a week & you get a raise as well.

This job is extremely easy & we give you space in your own office we usually have 1 -3 people max per office.

Benefits:
Medical Insurance, Vision & Dental Insurance.
Eligible after 60 days with the company. You are not required to opt into medical insurance.

Years 0-3 - Remco pays 50% & Employee pays 50%

Years 4-5 - Remco pays 75% & Employee pays 25%

Years 5+ - Remco pays 100% & Employee pays 0%

Vacation time & Paid time off
1 Year with company – 1-week paid vacation every 6 months.
2 Years with company – 10-Days paid vacation every 6 months.
3 Years + with company –14-Days paid vacation every 6 months.
