THE GOLD RECOVERY MODULE
MONEY IN YOUR POCKET, NOT IN YOUR DRAIN

The Remco Engineering Gold recovery module puts money in your pocket, not in your drain. If you don't have an ion exchange recovery module on your Gold rinse, you are rinsing money down the drain. Many shops have plate-out units on their Gold dragouts, but Gold is still rinsed down the drain. Plate out units only work down to 50-200 ppm. Ion exchange systems work down to 0-10 parts per BILLION. Our system uses multiple columns to provide a long path length and a long residence time in a compact unit.

Our system features its own containment system in case there is a leak in the connections so no Gold is dumped on the floor. The columns are easily emptied and refilled with new resin. Used resin is sent to a reclaimer to be burned. By using 3 small columns in series, only the first column needs to fill before reclaiming. This minimizes your Gold inventory awaiting reclaim. After the first column is emptied of resin, it is refilled and moved to the end of the line to be the final polishing filter.

The system mounts directly to the top flange of the rinse tank. We recommend you use either a small sump pump and recirculate the rinse through the columns at about 0.5 gpm, or you can use our optional level control to operate the pump to feed solution from the rinse to the columns and down the drain.
